of do-it-yourself technology. It's a life-giving
resource for rural isolated communities needing

and sanitation, agriculture, healthcare, and much

an Individual from a Developing Country to Attend
a Village Earth's/IISD
Training Course.
Village Earth
and the International Institute for Sustainable
Development (IISD) regularly receive letters from
individuals around the world desiring to participate
in one of our training programs, but are unable
to because they do not have to necessary funds
to pay for travel, lodging, and tuition. You can
help one of these individuals by sponsoring part

Adopt
a Buffalo Program
Help return the legacy of the Buffalo to the Oglala
Lakota People while supporting self-sufficiency
and sustainable development!
For a small
donation you can give the gift of life and culture
to a Lakota family. Your gift will not only help
Lakota families archive their vision for the future
- utilizing their land base - it will also help
contribute to their economic self-sufficiency.
Individuals,
families, churches, and classrooms can purchase
one buffalo for $500 - all at once or in installments.
To acknowledge your gift you will receive a picture
and certificate with the Lakota name of your buffalo.

to empower marginalized communities around the world.
